These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.closetstorejax.com (the “Site”) and the services of The Closet Store (The Closet Store Inc., “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site to learn about our custom closet and storage services, request a consultation, and contact us. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when you contact us or submit a form.

Consultations, Quotes, and Projects

We offer free in-home consultations and provide designs, quotes, and estimates based on the information, measurements, materials, and scope discussed with you. Quotes and timelines may change if measurements, materials, site conditions, or the project scope change. A project is governed by the proposal, contract, or invoice you sign or approve, which will control if it differs from these Terms. Product images, colors, and examples on the Site are illustrative and may vary from the finished installation.

Text Messaging / SMS Terms

The Closet Store sends text messages as part of its customer service and project communications program.

  • Program name: The Closet Store Project Updates.
  • Sender: Messages are sent by The Closet Store.
  • Types of messages: Appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, project and installation updates, and a satisfaction survey request after your installation, relating to your consultation or project.
  • How you opt in: You may verbally opt in during a phone call with our office, or in person at your in-home consultation. Our staff will explain the messages described here, that message and data rates may apply, and that message frequency varies. Only customers who verbally confirm “yes” are enrolled and sent text messages, and a confirmation text may be sent to verify enrollment.
  • Cost and frequency: Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your appointments and project activity.
  • Opt out and help: Reply STOP to any message to opt out. For help, reply HELP, call 904-733-2227, or email newhire57@yahoo.com. After you reply STOP, you will receive a confirmation of your opt-out and will not receive further text messages unless you opt in again.
  • Not a condition of purchase: Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
  • Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Please also see our Privacy Policy.
  • Carrier disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery may be affected by your carrier, device, or coverage.

Intellectual Property

The content on the Site, including text, images, designs, and logos, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission, except for your personal, non-commercial use of the Site.

Website Accuracy and Availability

We try to keep the Site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that all information is current. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site without notice.
