Text Messaging / SMS

The Closet Store offers text messaging to customers who choose to receive it. When you give us your mobile phone number and verbally opt in during a phone call with our office, or in person at your in-home consultation, we may send you text messages about your project.

Our staff will explain that you will receive appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, project and installation updates, and a satisfaction survey request after your installation from The Closet Store by SMS, that message and data rates may apply, and that message frequency varies. Only customers who verbally confirm “yes” are enrolled and sent text messages, and a confirmation text may be sent to verify enrollment. We maintain a record of your consent, including your name, phone number, and the date consent was given.

We collect and use your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in information only to send the messages described above, to manage your appointments and project, and to maintain records of consent and opt-out requests. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message we send. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at 904-733-2227. After you reply STOP, you will receive a confirmation of your opt-out and will not receive further text messages unless you opt in again. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

We use industry-standard security measures (including SSL encryption) to protect your data. Our site is regularly scanned for vulnerabilities.
