The Closet Store is a family-owned mother and son team who set out to revolutionize the custom closet industry of Jacksonville and its surrounding areas by providing high-quality, custom handcrafted closets and storage solutions.

After spending nearly a decade designing custom closets for a national closet company, Susan found that she loved helping people create functional designs for their closet spaces, but didn’t really love working in a large, corporate environment.
As a result, she decided to change paths by partnering with her son, Brent, to create a local company that could create high-quality, custom storage solutions for homeowners, builders and remodelers alike.
Susan, as well as the rest of the design team, take both incredible care and pride in working with clients from the beginning stages of taking a closet inventory to working through space planning to executing installation smoothly and successfully.
As an owner-operated business, The Closet Store prides itself on its personable, friendly and accessible service. All custom closet fabrication is completed on-site at their local factory and extra materials are always kept on hand so unforeseen issues can be fixed and resolved quickly in the same day.
